Unfortunately this insurance agent is not aware of what is going on. I called in January to let them know that I was going to take one car out of the police and leave the other two cars. The month of February they charged me as they always do. But on February 18 I went to try to buy and there I found out that I did not have coverage for any car. I called the next day and they told me that the insurance policy was cancelled, I asked why and the person told me that it was a mistake. Then he tells me they are going to fix it. Today I call 7 days later and find out that I have no insurance policy. Nobody fixed anything. The people who work there don't even know what they are doing and don't care about anything. If a cop pulls me over I get a ticket because they are inept. I called customer service and he told me it was weird. He even apologized without being the one at fault.

Great customer services, they really go above and beyond the call of duty. Simply the best. Thank you all.
